Dear Brave Frontier Users,


We would like to remind you that as a user of the Brave Frontier application (“Services”) you may be eligible to apply for a refund of purchases of unused in-game currency known as “Gem(s)” (“In-game Currency”) due to its closure.


As indicated in our previous notice of March 30, 2022 to request a refund, from April 28, 2022, please open your Brave Frontier application to retrieve your Friend ID and User Name
from Brave Frontier Title Screen.


Complete and submit the Refund Request Form here

You will get a response within sixty (60) days after your request is submitted, and if you meet the refund requirements, you will get your refund issued to you through PayPal in US dollars within ninety (90) days. gumi‘s determination of whether a refund will be made is conclusive.
