Brave Frontier Global is not the same as Brave Frontier Europe (EU) and other versions of the game. This includes the version, server and supported languages. Basically, the Global version hosts the rest of the English speaking territories. Unfortunately, we do not provide game support to players who are playing the EU version of the game and we hope that our fellow players and fans from EU would understand.
