You will need to upgrade the facilities in your town to access higher level spheres and items. To do this simply follow these steps:
Upgrading Proper
1. To start upgrading, first tap Town button.
2. Then tap Upgrades
3. Swipe from left to right or right to left to select which facility you want to upgrade. It is suggested that you upgrade your Spheres and Synthesis (items) as soon as possible.
4. Hold down the blue circle at the bottom that is marked Allot Karma until you have put enough Karma into it to upgrade it.
