We are currently aware that some of you guys are experiencing some crashes during gameplay within the last 24 hour time period. In line with this, we would like to inform and assure all of you that the Brave Frontier Global Team is already looking into the situation and looking for a fix at the soonest possible time. Rest assured that we are working round-the-clock to address the issue so all of you can return to your uninterrupted gaming experience in Brave Frontier.
Aside from that, we would like to gather information so we can easily determine the cause of the problem. For those who have experienced game crashes please send us the following details using the comment section below;

Oh , I forgot to tell you guys that this all happened around the time you put up the electric showdown vortex arena.

It's a 50/50 chance that whenever my device is "connecting" before or after a battle, arena, fusing, etc. that the game will crash and not reload. It only began after the update released between 8/26/14 and 8/27/14

Date of occurrence: Started after you initially released the Thunder Vortex Arena. Happens at least once a day.
Number of occurrence: I've lost count since it's happens every day I go to the Arena.

The game crashes randomly while Im attacking... Note that I have all effects turned off and the game still crashes. It alsi crashes at the end of arena battles for some reason.

Android moto x happens after arena battle or quest /vortex instead of getting results I get unfortunately brave frontier has stopped. Happens about ten or twelve times if not mpre for last few days. Frequent enough I expect it.

I've experienced crashes in both Morgan battles and also arena battles. No error message, just goes to my phones home screen, upon reopening it would sometimes go to homepage and sometimes return to battle in Morgan.
Has happened 5 times in last 1 hr for me. Have stopped played in hopes to not lose anything more than some energy.
