I can't complete the Downloadable Content (DLC)!

If you were unable to finish or complete your download of the game's content it is best that you try the following;

  • Restart the app or the device then try again. For basic troubleshooting refer Here.
  • Check if your internet connection is stable.
  • Close all other apps running in the background of your device to minimize processes and bogging down of your connection and speed.
  • Check for update regarding connection and server issues. Refer Here for Brave Frontier's official channels.

Please be reminded that during download we best advise that you use a Wi-Fi connection for stability, in this way you can ensure complete download and prevent any corrupted files during the process.
