If you are receiving this error message, you may do the following to be able to remedy or fix the issue.

  1. Exit your Brave Frontier App completely. Make sure that the game is not running in the background, you might want to check you device's multi-tasking feature for this one.
  2. Clear your mobile browser's history and/or re-log your Facebook account (application) from your device. This means you need to log-off your account then log it in again.
  3. Launch Brave Frontier then perform a Clear User Data procedure. If you want to know how to properly do the said procedure please refer to this article.
