This error message is caused by you logging-in your account on multiple devices. To be able to remedy the issue you will only need to restart the app. It may take several times but it should do the trick.

We highly suggest logging out of your other devices in order to run the game without encountering such errors.

Remember, gumi does not recommend you playing the game on multiple devices since it may cause you future or further account problems.

If the problem persists after multiple tries please do let us know of the situation by messaging us via our Game Support page.
