In order to facilitate fair play, the Arena was made to consider any disconnects or crashes as losses due to how it can be abused by others if this wasn't the case. Please make sure that you have a stable and reliable internet connection before playing your arena matches. If there are any current server issues, refrain from playing arena matches until they are addressed.
While regrettable, arena losses due to disconnects and crashes, even during server issues cannot be undone.
