Unexpected Error

There are times when you might experience an Unexpected Error. When this happens, we highly recommend to not use up any energy, arena orbs, Frontier Hunter orbs or any other resource like Metal Keys and Jewel Keys.

Please check for any updates in the Official Facebook Page for any official statement when there are issues occurring currently in the game and wait until they are resolved in order to continue playing without any errors encountered.

Unexpected Errors can cause you to lose quest progress and miss out on quest rewards and the problem will only be compounded if you try to use more resources while the errors are still happening.

While we always regret any disruption of service, there is no guarantee that any lost items or quest rewards can be restored when Unexpected Errors happen.
